ABSTRACT

FSSAI initiatives aim to ensure safe and nutritious food for all through comprehensive programs like Eat Right India, Food Safety Compliance System (FoSCoS), Food Safety on Wheels (FSWs), Food Safety Training & Certification (FoSTaC), Repurpose Used Cooking Oil (RUCO), Clean Street Food Hub, etc. FSSAI also focuses on consumer empowerment through its Food Safety Connect App available in Android and IOS and it bring each citizen onboard to share their concerns or grievances regarding food safety violations.
