White Revolution 2.0 (WR 2.0) symbolizes an advancement project with the objective of modernizing India's dairy sector through the integration of sustainability, circular economy concepts, and advanced digital technologies. This article examines how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain etc can address circularity and sustainability issues. Effectively addressing these barriers can establish WR 2.0 as a fundamental element of India's sustainable dairy future, promoting economic growth, improving social welfare, and advancing environmental sustainability throughout the dairy value chain. The objective of WR 2.0 is to prepare Indian dairying for the future, ensuring it is resilient and sustainable.
